Blending Seminar & Dinner
Thursday, August 22, 2013 – 6:30 pm
Join as Mike Hillman co-hosts an epic wine event at Chez François. We’ll start the evening with Franciscan’s Magnificat Meritage – one of the most prestigious red blends and a founding member of the world-renowned Meritage Alliance. Diners will not only enjoy this amazing wine, but will actually get to make their very own masterpiece. We will taste and discuss each of the five varietals that go into making this wine and let our guests create their own blend. Once completed your signature blend, you will enjoy a four-course dinner including an opening flight of 3 Pinot Noirs from the cool climates of California, followed by a flight of the two world class reds from the Napa Valley. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to be a master blender and enjoy a fantastic food and wine experience.
