Gentlemen,
It is hard to believe that this year we are celebrating our 33rd annual Cigar Smoker at Chez François. What began as a simple idea has blossomed into a cherished event that celebrates fellowship and welcomes the springtime. We are always grateful to our participants, whose continued support makes this annual gathering possible, as well as to our suppliers, who help create an exceptional experience for all.
The 33rd Chez François “Smoker” will be held on Monday, May 18th, 2026, commencing at 6:00 p.m. and finishings at 10:30 p.m.
This is a prepaid event as we must secure the correct quantity of cigars. We kindly ask you to send a check for $230 per person, all-inclusive, payable to Chez François. If you prefer to pay at the door or by credit card the cost will be $240 per person. Please include each attendee’s name h your check. We will hold the checks until after the event, and we request a 48-hour cancellation notice.
The dinner includes Four Premium Handmade Cigars, A Cocktail Hour that features Adult Beverages from around the world and a fine selection of Hors d’oeuvres, A Four-Course Dinner with wine and Tax & Gratuity.

A fine assortment saucisson, smoked seafood & cheeses, Andouille sausage with Lavender sauce, Smoked Seafood, Croque Monsieur (Ham & Cheese), Cones with smoked salmon, crab, herb cheese and tomato tapenade. Also an international selection of fine chesses and Charcutière from Chef 2 Chef imports.

First Course
Quiche Loraine, Traditional Hollandaise Sauce
A flaky pie crust filled with savory custard with applewood smoked bacon, leeks, eggs, cream, shallots and Gruyère cheese finished with a traditional hollandaise sauce.
Second Course
Provençal White Been and Duck Confit Soup, Pistou
White bean, duck confit and fennel soup with finished with Provençal Pistou and Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.
Third Course
Roast Tenderloin of Beef, Hickory Smoked Wild Mushroom Sauce
Roast tenderloin of beef served over lyonnaise Yukon gold potatoes finished with a hickory smoked wild mushroom sauce, steamed Ohio asparagus.

We believe in the right to smoke a Handmade Premium Cigar, sip Well-Aged Bourbon, Single Malt Scotch, enjoy a good Steak with a fine bottle of Red Wine, eat Foie Gras, have our French Fries cooked in trans fatty oils, to discharge firearms for recreational and or self defensive purposes, to invoke God’s name in the public sphere as an acknowledgement of our heritage, to defend and secure our borders and finally to honor America as the sole lynch pin holding Western civilization together! We support our Soldiers fighting terrorism throughout the world, All Veterans of Foreign Wars, All Navy Seal Teams, our Firefighters and Police because Blue Lives Matter, US Border Patrol Agents, The NRA, Hudson Valley Foie Gras, Cigar Manufacturers, The Ashbrook Center, Hillsdale College, Citizens for a free Cuba, and Cigar Aficionado.
