What a wonderful experience BiLing and I had dinning at your wonderful restaurant We did the tasting menu paired with wines. Just terrific. Chef John’s food is right on. The Kobe Beef TarTar was the best that I have ever had. Toped with Quail egg. The wines paired by Mathew Mars, Proprietor were spectacular. One wine served to us was the very last bottle in the restaurant. Service was excellent. We will be back.
